Barbizon Lighting is closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation to ensure that our employees and customers remain healthy and safe. Barbizon has also taken preventive steps at our offices and events around the world to limit exposure.
Customers have come to expect a superior level of customer service, and we strive to continually provide value-added experiences for those customers visiting showrooms in person, on the telephone, or through email and online. We have committed to an even more rigorous daily cleaning of stores, offices, and warehouse areas.
All Barbizon Lighting facilities are currently limiting access to visitors at this time. Barbizon will still be conducting “essential travel” defined as travel necessitated to fulfill Barbizon’s contracted obligations – with one exception: all international travel is deemed non‐essential and is currently banned, regardless of contracted obligations.
Each Barbizon Lighting office is following a different protocol based on location and recommended precautions from local public health authorities. For office and event-specific updates, please see the city below. If you still have questions about office hours or availability, please contact that particular office.
Barbizon Lighting will continue to adjust our policies as more information becomes available about COVID-19. We're committed to making things run smoothly for our customers and partners while following CDC guidance for the safety of our employees and their families.
The lights will come up again; in theatres, on film sets, museums, art centers, and theme parks. We as an industry will weather this storm together.
Barbizon Lighting offices are shipping orders as received. Some shortages are occurring, and we expect they may continue. We are doing our best to maintain delivery schedules.
Please check with your Barbizon Lighting salesperson or project manager for information on specific products or project statuses.
Please be advised that many of our location showrooms are currently closed. Most offices are open for shipping/pickup only, some by appointment.
